I don’t know whether he’s an idea thief or not, but he does seem to come off better than his accusers.
If you've seen the movie, it's clear she doesn't have much of a case. The woman in the film has a one-night stand with the man who gets her pregnant, as opposed to her fiance after their engagement party (which, given our modern culture, is a time I would presume many engaged couples probably have sex).

The central premise of the film is that the two of them are now bound together, and they need to figure out what that means. Yes, there are also dirty jokes about pregnancy, but I think there's a big difference between a film about two people who are nothing alike brought together when a one-night stand results in a pregnancy, and a woman who gets pregnant by her fiance at the engagement party.

There are some similarities, but I'm pretty sure that Seth Rogan and Eckler's fiance are not the only two Canadian Jews.
