National Poetry Month

If you are still readying the decks for National Poetry Month, here’s a resource to check out: a downloadable poetry kit from Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. It features a letter from poet Joyce Sidman about reading and writing poetry, downloadable stickers (you print them out on Avery labels), classroom activities for a selection of the publisher’s poetry titles, and a nifty poem-a-day calendar.
