The Kraus Variations
Posted by: Keir Graff
Daniel Kraus, who usually patrols the video beat here on Likely Stories, was himself captured on video at ALA’s annual conference, at a reading he gave from his forthcoming novel, The Monster Variations. (He shot down my suggestion that I shoot video, then turned around and gave an exclusive to Greg Landgraf for AL Focus. He plays hardball–but I’m glad Greg had the persistence to succeed where I failed.) See the up-and-coming Booklist editor/YA author for yourself:

Library paparazzi? What a lovely idea! It’s as charming Byron saying in Beppo ‘I’ve half a mind to tumble down to prose, / But verse is more in fashion – so here goes!’
