And I&#039;m pretty sure I&#039;ve seen statistics stating that whites account for the largest numbers of drug users--they&#039;re just not the ones doing time for it. I&#039;ve always been disgusted by the very wording of the &quot;War on Drugs.&quot; You can&#039;t wage war on a thing, per se, and anyway, we should wage war on the conditions that lead people to become drug addicts.]]></description>
