And I’m pretty sure I’ve seen statistics stating that whites account for the largest numbers of drug users–they’re just not the ones doing time for it. I’ve always been disgusted by the very wording of the “War on Drugs.” You can’t wage war on a thing, per se, and anyway, we should wage war on the conditions that lead people to become drug addicts.
