Oh, Canada! ChiZine Signs Distribution Deal

When I first heard of the indie publisher ChiZine, I was certain they were Chicago-based—and assumed they had started life as a ‘zine. And yet I never ran into any ChiZine folks in my Chicago perambulations. Then, at a recent conference, I was introduced to the very nice folks behind the imprint and learned they were based in Toronto. Canada! Who knew?
At any rate, I was pleased to note that they recently signed a distribution deal with HarperCollinsCanada that will help them extend their reach. We’ve reviewed their titles quite well, most recently Tom Piccirilli’s Every Shallow Cut.
