Final prize on Double Dare, or book trailer?
If you deduced that the Nickelodeon game show has been off the air for almost 20 years, ergo book trailer this must be, you would not get slimed. Look for Dan Kraus’ review of the forthcoming 172 Hours on the Moon, for YAs and anyone else who never won a trip to space camp, in the April 15th issue.

Totally revealing my geekdom here, but I think that picture is actually from Nickelodeon’s You Can’t Do That on Television, not Double Dare. Double Dare’s slime came later.

Ha! I noticed that, too, and was wondering what the heck was Double Dare, that is clearly the beloved You Can’t Do That on Television! The giveaway? That crazy greenhouse/geodome/whatever the heck that was glass in the background. What a weird set they had…
